MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Sep 16

Telescope: 2.4m

Problem(s) Encountered:
The tvguider did not work at start of the night. Each attempt 
to make it work caused the telescope to move in a random direction. 
I fixed the problem by rebooting the tvguider PC twice (a first 
reboot didn't change anything).
