MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Sep 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
when slewing telelscope, a lot *BANG* happened as the dome rotated
to the NW.  No damage found, all worked ok.

Found black MDE knob on rising floor in middle of the night after
the above happened.
