MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Apr 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
We witnessed again a jerky North-South motion when observing
some targets at low declinations. The intermittent, erratic 
motion seemed to be worse than on previous nights, with an 
amplitude over 1 arcmin at times. The problem seemed to occur
when the wind was relatively strong (but well below limit). 
No problems noted for stars at DEC > 20.
