MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Jun 18

Problem(s) Encountered:
Several times throughout the night CCDCOM said it was unable to communicate with the MIS.  Exiting CCDCOM, closing the window from which it is run, and rerunning it seemed to solve the problem.

It wasn't a major issue, but I'm not sure why it was doing that.
