MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Mar 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
TV Guider has been cutting in and out, and losing its vertical 
hold.  It complains that there aren't enough counts
to guide until the display calms down.   

The problem has gotten progressively worse throughout the night
(esp. right after each slew).
