MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Oct 1

Problem(s) Encountered:
In addition to the previous guide rate failure (east-west), and
loss of tracking at the beginning, all of which have been
reported and are being worked on, we also encountered loss of
tracking when the telescope was positioned north of about +60
degrees declination.
