MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Oct 5

Telescope: 1.3m
Observer(s): Crotts + 4 students (Columbia)
Instrument: Mark III/Echelle

Problem(s) Encountered:
Dec guide and set rates are not always responding to commands
from control room hand paddle or console in dome.  This also
seems to affect function of autoguider.  Perhaps this is only
a problem at northerly declinations (greater than +70 deg?)
