MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Apr 29 Telescope: 2.4m Observer(s): Paust, Bjork (Dartmouth) Instrument: Echelle Problem(s) Encountered: Two issues: First. One of our flats was had saturated stars at 40,000 counts instead of 2^16 where they should have saturated. The problem fixed itself. Second, towards the end of the night we started getting two bright beams of light across the images. It fixed itself when we moved on to another pointing, so it may have just been some kind of flare or internal reflect. Definitely odd though. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2003 Apr 30 [5:52:38]
