MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Jan 2

Telescope: 2.4m
Observer(s): Crotts (Columbia)
Instrument: Mark III Spectrograph/Templeton

Problem(s) Encountered:
At positions around -3h 45m in HA, 0 deg Dec, tracking will start
jumping periodically after a few minutes in one position.  This is
with TV guider off, as well.

Also, I am having difficult finding a set of DTI/TV Guider
parameters that work successfully for very long.  Can someone
supply me with a set of TV Guider parameters that have worked in
the past (not the ones in the manual)?
