MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Jul 7

Problem(s) Encountered:
On startup, telescope either did not track or tracked at about 
half the correct rate.  Toggling the 'track' switch on the TCS
switch panel cured the problem right away.  This also happened
the previous night.

The focus out button on the hand paddle is sticky, and would
sometimes stick on when we tried to change the focus.
