MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Jun 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
This morning after submitting the log report I noticed that
the mirror A/C was not cooling.  I found that the compressor's
circuit breaker had tripped, and reset it, after which the 
cold air output immediately got cold.  I had noticed an interval
of non-cooling yesterday in the history graphs, which ended
abruptly -- Bob's gone to the consortium and I forgot to ask 
him about this, but it looked like consistent with the same
problem, i.e. a breaker trip followed by a reset once it was 
noticed that the system wasn't cooling properly.

Relative humidity is very low, there is no icing, so that's not
an issue.
