MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Jun 18

Problem(s) Encountered:
This is a follow-on to the report about the A/C cutting out.

As I was sitting in the control room the line power dropped out
for a couple seconds (as it often does).  I immediately checked
the A/C breaker and found that it had tripped.  So evidently
this is triggered by line power dropouts, which means it should
be possible to reproduce the problem.
