MDM Trouble Report for 2003 May 22

Problem(s) Encountered:
At the beginning of the night, when I was observing at a large hour angle,
the tracking would slip and the telescope would drift several minutes in 
RA.  On the guide monitor you could watch the stars drift by.  Hitting
the 'stop' button in xtcs didn't help.  The problem occured with
and without the guider running, on both short (60 sec) and long
(600s) exposures.  Once I got to smaller HA then the problem disappeared.
