MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Sep 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
Two minor problems occurred which caused me to loose about 6 minutes of observing time...

Echelle shut down in the middle of reading out the CCD.  Fixing it required reinitializing the utility board.

I got warnings that the RA and DEC encoders weren't responding.  When I pointed away and then pointed back, the warning went away and it ended up pointing in the right spot.
