MDM Trouble Report for 2003 Sep 29

Problem(s) Encountered:
The monitor in the 2.4-meter dome which is supposed to display
the information from the TCS computer displays nothing but a
noise pattern. This means that when using the instrument rotator
there is no way to see what rotation angle one is at without 
going all the way into the control room.
