MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Dec 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
Slew motion to the north direction has been failed ONCE
even though we have slewed the telescope to the north
several times during the night. The telescope was at
altitude of 60 deg, and azimuth of 250 deg when we have
encountered the problem. After that, there was no problem
in slewing telescope to any direction.
