MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Feb 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
At the beginning of the night the guiding system was not working.
The tvguider computer and monitor were working fine, but the
connection to the telescope was not operating.  Following Bob's
instructions over the phone we went for a cable in the back of
the computer room, close to the wall, which we just disconnected
and then connected back again.  This solved the problem, and
immediately the telescope started guiding.  The critical cable
is in the back of the computer room, at the end of the room, has
a small red tape close to the connector, and goes to a multimeter
that is on the front of the room, also close to the wall.
