MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Jun 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
We tried to bin echelle 4x4, and accidentally set the 
readout section to be too large.  This caused bright stripes
to appear in subsequent images.  Cycled power on the CCD controller 
as per Bob's instructions, and this fixed the problem.  Thanks Bob.
