MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Sep 22

Problem(s) Encountered:
While working on the new 8K guider, Arlin suffered a moment of
clumsiness and managed to break one of the fiber optic cables
on the slave side of the 8K.  After borrowing one from a
friendly astronomer, he continued observing.  The cable end is
broken, however, and the borrowed cable should be returned soon.

Also, he notes that the clamp on the bottom of the 8K for the
nitrogen purge line is not working very well.
