MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Sep 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
Slave half electronics of 8K are still losing communications,
and this seems to have little to do with tension on cables.  The
power on slave power supply often refuses to reset to correct
pof state.  Power supply need to be recycled off/on many times
in order for proper voltage state to be obtained.
