MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Feb 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
When the guider is turned on the guide star quickly drifts out of the guide box within 10-20 seconds.  If the guider is turned off the star will
slowly drift out of the box after 5-10 minutes.  I don't understand why the guider is having the opposite effect as it should.  I tried
adjusting the various guide parameters with no effect.  I even rebooted the guide PC to no avail.  My exposures are short (60-90s)
so I was able to guide by hand so no data was lost but this was very annoying.
