MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Jan 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
The dome rotation is noticeably inaccurate -- to the tune of
2-3 degrees in a 180 degree rotation.  This is intermittent
but happens a fair amount of the time.  Luckily I caught it
early enough to start monitoring the dome after each slew and 
tuning it up, so this is only caused me minor inconvenience.
I pity the poor photometrist, though.
