MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Mar 21

Problem(s) Encountered:
Lost communications with slave half when telescope reached high
airmass.  When telescope was moved back towards zenith, 
communications were restored.  Baseline power state (after pof)
of slave half was erratic and difficult to reset by simply
cycling power.
