MDM Trouble Report for 2004 May 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
CCDCOM crashed while trying to clear the chip.  It also crashed IRAF.  Restarting IRAF and reloading the CCDCOM fixed the problem.  We also found a spring on the platform that is now in the tray on the whiteboard in the control room.
