MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Nov 25

Problem(s) Encountered:
Prospero lost contact with the IC computer and would not 
complete startup successfully.
We had to reboot the IC computer and follow a sequence of
commands given to us over the phone by Bob, at which point
everything worked for the remainder of the night.
