Problem(s) Encountered:
Chichon crashed. It wrote SCSI bus MESSAGE OUT phase parity error
and spit out a lot of other data. The whole system froze and we
had to turn it off asnd restart xmis, etc. including TIFKAM,
prospero, etc.
