MDM Trouble Report for 2004 Sep 15

Problem(s) Encountered:
Same problems as in the observing report.

1)  north mirror petal got stuck on the central baffle.
solved by wacking baffle with broom
2)  occasional pointing glitches (around 4 over the course of the night)
solved by slewing
