MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Jan 20

Problem(s) Encountered:
2nd utility board didn't respond at start up. turned off and on slave/master. Think the problem already originated from last night. Board was already not responding after the first bias. Thought then it came because I raised the platform to refill the dewar.
