MDM Trouble Report for 2005 May 3

Problem(s) Encountered:
Three problems:

1) Once during the night, there was a failed CCD readout:

ccd_aread: timed out
*** Error encountered in asynchronous read: data suspect
Failed, return code = 1114112, elapsed = 47.721001

Image was lost.

2) Multiple times during the night, found that the  West  
button on the control room paddle was unresponsive.  Problem
was not repeatable.  Waited a short while, and button started
working again.  Never encountered this problem the night 
before.

3) When filling the dewar in the AM, noticed that hose was 
cracked near the LN2 tank nozzle -- jets of N2 vapor emitted
from hose.  Suspect hose needs to be replaced/repaired.
