MDM Trouble Report for 2005 May 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
When doing sky flats, noticed that RA encoder not working.
H.A. remained fixed; did not indicate that it was tracking
when it was.  Dec encoder seemed to be working fine, though.

Called Bob, & we couldn't fix problem over the phone -- 
tried rebooting the TCS PC.
  
Could only take night sky flats while waiting for Bob 
to drive back up.

Bob arrived, worked together to  fix  problem -- did not 
replace RA encoder b/c it was working again after Bob 
disconnected & reconnected it.  Bob suspects faulty contacts.
