MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Apr 22

Problem(s) Encountered:
The Guider PC was frozen: I did not notice this until I was on
my first field.  The guider manual suggests rebooting the PC,
but also cautions that doing this while there is power to the
telescope drives could be a bad thing.  I followed the first
part of the shutdown procedure to park the telescope and cut
the power and then rebooted the PC.  All seemed fine after that.

There were a few instances when I received IO errors when the
CCD was being read out.  Unfortunately, I forgot to record the 
exact error message: one error explicitly stated that 'This was 
bad' in the comment, the other errors said something about asynchronous
I/O....
The I/O errors occured a few times through the night: I don't think
that there was anything consistent about what I was doing
when the errors occurred.
