MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Dec 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
About midnight we checked the data file headers and found that the 
RA, Dec , Sidereal time and few other details which prospero should get from 
TCS were being written incorrectly. The header also said  TCS down .
 We tried restarting the TCS link and ISIS several times, but this did not help. One of us at the control room
looked up the list of common problems for TIFKAM and a found solution to the problem.

It got fixed by typing  telinit  from the prospero commnd prompt.

The data from before the fix seems usable because the UT time was being written correctly 
and all the other information can be figured out from this.
