MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Dec 7

Problem(s) Encountered:
Lost pointing in the end. First noticed the usual small 'jumps/jerks' that always seem to occur
when it is cold. Gradually those worsened in amplitude and frequency, until finally there was 
an almost steady drift, mostly eastwards. Numerous attempts to regain stability by starting from scratch (i.e. the zenith position)
failed.
