MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Jan 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
Telescope kept slewing out from the center of the field.
We needed to re-point it several times.. eventually it basically hit the hard limits and stopped moving.We were able to resume the telescope and bring it to the zenith position manually, but the slewing kept happening.
