MDM Trouble Report for 2005 May 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
The SW quadrant of the detector seems to have a very noisy
readout.  The added noise in this quadrant was fairly subtle
at the beginning of the night, becoming progressively worse
during the night.  (Unusable by about 10 or 11 PM.)  I tried
rebooting the Prospero/Caliban/IC/WC.  No help.  I also tried
powering down the instrument & IC/WC/Caliban/Prospero and 
restarting.  The noise in the SW quadrant was still problem.

Finally, I gave up on it.
