MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Nov 29

Problem(s) Encountered:
1) Observer rotated instrument beyond 90 degrees causing power 
plug to come loose and the CCDS IC to issue a warning,  Unable
to access head electronics -SEQ -HE ID=DISABLED .  Subsequent
attempts to start exposures produced a warning message that
 Instrument electronics not responding.   Rick Pogge 
showed me how to recover using  ic seqinit  in Prospero.

2) Attempts to insert CCDS filter 5 produced nonstandard filter
display info on the Prospero status monitor, and checking the
filter status gives  invalid  response.  Rick explained that 
this is likely a problem with interaction with the filter
limit switch.
