MDM Trouble Report for 2005 Sep 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
Two problems, typing quick here to get 'em down:

- South button on paddle - and only south -- causes telescope to
  _slew_ (!) south.  Same with the paddle in the dome.  Power-off
  of TCS control computer and power supply did not fix it.
  Problem persisted through the night.  Worked around with 
  offsets etc. - trivial time lost in twilight.  This followed
  a lightning shutdown from previous night (no observing then
  so unknown if problem existed from shutdown).

- server is brittle.  May stay up longer if powered off for a 
  while (that's what I'm trying now), computer room is around
  73 degrees sometimes, could it be temp sensitive?
