MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Apr 21

Problem(s) Encountered:
The RA Encoder was not transmitting the telescope position to
any display.  The telescope would move, but the tv in the dome
and the screen in the control room only showed the RA and HA 
to be at zenith.  (The Dec worked fine.)  Bob came up to fix it,
switched out the encoder, and then put the original back in.  
From then on, everything worked fine.
