MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Apr 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
I notice that the dome encoder is getting larger errors, up to
15 degrees at one point.  I had to reset it a couple of times
during the night.  No time is lost if you are aware of this,
but of course it indicates a problem that should be diagnosed.
