MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Dec 1

Problem(s) Encountered:
(Same as night report) The dome azimuth jumped off its coordinates
twice during the night. The first time it was thought to be 
progressively bad seeing and some data was lost as a result. 
Once the problem was realized an on the fly dome azimuth encoding 
was made. The second time it occurred it was caught instantly 
and corrected again. When closing a final azimuth correction was 
made.
