MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Nov 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
Two images did not write to the disk (between UT 06:13:51-06:31:16). 
Twice during the night, caliban stopped transferring data, which 
I thought I had fixed with issuing a +swap. I just noticed the 
missing files now, though, and I'm not sure if this corresponded 
to one of those times.
