MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Dec 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
There is wavy pattern noise across the 8K chips.  In the bias
frames, this noise is 5X greater than the rms in the biases from 
yesterday, and in the B band it increased the background noise by 
a factor of 4.  We tried cycling the power for the chips twice, 
with no effect.

At the end of the night, chip #3 stopped functioning, reporting
zeros across the image while taking flats.
