MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Dec 15

Problem(s) Encountered:
8K readout still showing high noise levels.  Examining bias frames
from the first two nights, we see rms noise of ~5 ADU, as expected.
Last night's biases, when strong patterns were present, had rms
~25 ADU.  Tonight's show increased levels, ~30-40 ADU, but
exhibit much less patterns.

We've worked around the problem by mostly observing in R and I,
where sky noise is greater.  This does make faint observations
in B and V very difficult, though we did some observations of
bright galaxies in B.
