MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Feb 11

Telescope: 2.4m

Problem(s) Encountered:
Due to instrument change, telescope focus was WAY off. It would be 
very helpful to have documentation in a prominent place indicating
roughly (ballpark) where the focus encoders should read for
different instruments. It took a long time to find it.

CCDCOM had some trouble communicating; 2 or 3 exposures
spontaneously aborted and a  clear  hung. Once ccdcom reported
inability to communicate with utility board; this cleared itself
up in a couple minutes.
