MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Jul 15

Problem(s) Encountered:
The Hour Angle encoder is not working.  Bob Barr came to repair
it today and left it working, but when I went to observe it was
not.  This is despite no action on my part that might have been
expected to have affected the Hour Angle encoder.  Fortunately,
I was doing a test involving lunar observation which was not
affected by this.  Unfortunately, there's little more that can be
observed.
