MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Jul 31

Problem(s) Encountered:
Over the weekend the observers were having a problem with
CCDS. When I tried rebooting the IC and the HE electronics,
when the system was brought up on the mono display in it showed
the -sequencer and -HE were not up and running. I used another 
computer and sequencer from the 1.3m and still had the same 
results. I used another set of fiber optic cable and still had 
same results.
Following are the errors that were displayed on the mono screen
for the IC:
Error: Timeout waiting for word in from HE . (this is displayed 
many times)
Error: No HE UARTS found. Disabling utility functions from sequencer
Error: Trying to reset sequencer: Sequencer Acquisition disabled. 
Error Trying to reset head electronics: Head electronics utilities
disabled.
Error: Can't Initialized UARTS , Head electronics UARTs are
disabled.

So now I am awaiting instruction from Jerry et al
