MDM Trouble Report for 2006 May 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
Toward morning twilight, I received the following errors in the 
detcom window during an exposure readout: 

read failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
1st timing board TDL failed
1st utility board TDL failed
2nd timing board TDL failed
2nd utility board TDL failed

Subsequent exposures all failed to initiate.  Trying a test 
exposure gave:

Can't communicate with 1st timing board; not downloading DSP code.
Can't communicate with 1st utility board; not downloading DSP code.
Can't communicate with 2nd timing board; not downloading DSP code.
Can't communicate with 2nd utility board; not downloading DSP code.

Trying to power off the mosaic gave:

no response from 1st utility board (lub0 POF)
`cmd lub0 POF' failed
voltage rdmem failed for 1st
Failed to disable high voltages for 1st.
no response from 2nd utility board (lub1 POF)
`cmd lub1 POF' failed
voltage rdmem failed for 2nd
Failed to disable high voltages for 2nd.

and just pressing enter in the detcom window to test 
communication gave:

TDL failed to get any responses.  

I am following procedures listed in document 'rescue procedures
in case of failing exposures' but have yet to fix it.
