MDM Trouble Report for 2006 Nov 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
The guider drifted west (out of the box in under a minute) at an 
hour angle of -3:07 and dec +41. I tried making the  fraction to 
guide  higher, but it didn't help.

Observations immediately before (hr angle = -2, dec=+55) and after
(hr angle=-2 dec=+2) were fine. At 2.7 degrees C, this is the 
coldest night this year (according to the news). However, I did NOT
notice sudden jerks in the guiding, as was the case last year when
it got cold and stopped guiding correctly.

After coming back to the same object an hour later, it guided just
fine.
