MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Apr 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
The Dome Error jumped by about 13 degrees while moving the dome 
RIGHT at an az ~260 degress. This occurred at about 1:30 am. I 
reset the dome az encoder and didn't have a problem the rest
of the night.
