MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Jan 16

Instrument: Templeton, 4-inch Filter Wheel

Problem(s) Encountered:
1.  Numerous asynchronous read errors at the start of the night.
Cured by restarting ccdcom a couple of times, and trying exposures
over and over again.  Didn't have to recycle power on anything.
No observing time lost, except that I got fewer sky flats than
I might have.

2.  The filter wheel is now getting stuck even in the new positions
that are being used.  Not as frequently as before, but clearly
it has to be disassembled and examined.

3.  Once when I touched the hand paddle in the control room,
the TCS monitor went dark for a few seconds.

4.  Once when I touched the hand paddle to rotate the dome,
the dome encoder jumped by about 12 degrees.
